What Was The LAST Good James Bond Movie?
Or... what was the turning point that the James Bond movies started to go downhill?

3. The Turning Point For Me Was "Man With The Golden Gun"
... I liked the movie, but the comic-relief and sight-gags were a bit much.

2. That's a trick question.
Because as far as I'm concerned, they're all pretty bad, so "down" would be an extremely relevant concept in this case. ;)

Oh, don't look at me like that. Just because you like them, you don't have to insist they're Citizen Kane or anything. In the words of one zombie movie afficionado: "There's no such thing as a good zombie movie."

5. "The Spy Who Loved Me"
That really was the last good one. Gadgets, a resonably good villian (Kurt Jurgens). And Barbara Bach. And a decent Marvin Hamlisch (yes, Marvin Hamlisch) score.

And then...after "TSWLM" there was "Moonraker", which went WAY overboard. And the genre never recovered.

In my humble opinion.
