38. I Like To Slice My Apples Into 16ths (Yes... 16ths!) Very Thin...

... then I put them in a bowlful of water that has a teaspoon of "Fruit Fresh" preservative in them. (Yeah yeah... I hear you laughing... "fruit fresh"... HA!) :hi:

THEN... after they've soaked a little while, I'll drain them in a colander... dry them off a little bit... and eat them with a slice of Gouda cheese or with a slice of Colby or Baby Swiss.

All this is great with crackers and a bottle of cheap champagne too... usually Cooks (Brut) champagne. At $5.99 a bottle, it's not too bad.
