7. My apartment is really cold as well. It's heat included and I think

they have set a limit on my heat this year. It's feckin' cold in here no matter where I set my thermostat. It's about 60 degrees in here, which is just too damn cold.

8. it is painful outside this weekend!

15 degrees outside at high noon right now. There's no snow and the sun is bright. I keep my condo at 65 but I usually stay by my little space heater. I ran it and my microwave last night and it blew a fuse.
