Just finished watching Friday's Bill Maher |
|
episode...I must say he has used his three months off well. He was ON. Helen Thomas was awesome to say the least. She let Mr Senor have it about Iraq.

1. Senor is a total ass, he's not worthy to wipe Helens' shoes |
|
and how many frigging times did he need to say to and about Eddie Griffin "Oh i am in favor of witetapping after hearing you" STFU Dan.

The right wing is scary...willing to wire tap those with whom they disagree.
Didja hear Fred Barnes say half jokingly he would not want a President Hillary to have the same powers as Bush.

I thought Griffin was horrible. I thought the show was lame, even Helen Thomas. Just my humble opinion.

8. I guess I have been starved for someone to take the |
|
Bush administration to task about things. I was hoping Griffin or Thomas would compare money being spent on Iraq against the money not being spent on New Orleans. Guess it's so off the front page that people are not thinking of it anymore.
All I know is that I laughed.
The one thing I don't like about Maher is why does he think he needs to give right wingers another platform? Isn't all of cable TV enough for them?
Danny Glover is on next Friday's show as is Gary Hart.

3. Really, I thought the opposite! |
|
I thought it was a lame beginning and that Bill was nowhere as funny as usual.

5. Bill is deathly afraid of the terrorists. |
|
He condones wiretapping without warrants. In Bill's case, the terrorists have won. He seemed to be really concerned about his mansion in Long Beach.

7. I thought I noted approval on Bill's part for the |
|
wiretapping but was unsure.
So, can we assume that if there was another "terrorist" attack (whether it was MIHOP or LIHOP or even genuine) attack Bill would become a Bush supporter?

With the line-up I was expecting a knockout. It just didn't seem to jell. Maher was much better on Larry King, and even Hardball last week.
