2. None
I dumped Netflix after I became a victim of their 'frequent renter' scam. It was taking them 3-4 days to cycle a movie back to me and I could never rent any movie released within the past couple of months without it being a very long wait...

Screw that. One day turnaround turned into 4 days, and I can't rent anything new? No thanks.

We've never experience any of that. I'm sorry you had a bad experience.

11. Actually I was on the one at a time plan
9.99 or whatever. It was fine for awhile. I'd watch a movie, I"d put it in the mail the next day, the next day they'd get it and ship out another one, and then on day four I'd have the next movie. I was getting about two a week. That was too much apparently. After a few months I got labeled and the shipping slowed down so dramatically I was able to do one disc about every week if I were lucky, ie it cut the number of rentals in half...

That just seemed kind of cheap and dishonest and they never gave me a straight answer about it, so I bailed.

9. There's nothing wrong with being a nerd!
Did you see they're going to remake the Cabinet? I hope they set it in the same time, but you never can tell. We watched it in our film class. It was one of those movies that if made today would be crap, but back then, it was wonderful and terrifying.

5. Hmm, let's see
Blood Simple
Heavenly Creatures (Teenage lesbian killers - true story!)
Crimes of Passion (The unrated version where Kathleen Turner fucks a cop with his nightstick and then kisses him and he spits in her face - and she decides being a whore wasn't such a good idea .Without that scene the movie makes no sense. With it, it's pretty powerful.)

Khash.

14. Z, Charade, Wages of Fear
I like that Netflix has all kinds of obscure movie that I can't find in the video store. I'm really pissed about this throttling thing but at least it hasn't been so bad since the wave of bad publicity for them.
