Glad to hear that your Monday went well - I would have thought that holidays would be a busy time for you...but I get the impression that things like Presidents' Day aren't as widely kept by companies as our holidays over here where just about everything apart from service industry closes.

I'm here in Miami at a hotel with my parents. It's nice here, will be 80 degrees! :woohoo:

The hotel we're at is pretty sweet too. Cute room service boys (for eye candy :D )

Glad to hear you had a great Monday! Not sure what we have planned to do today. I have to go shopping with my mom later and we might catch a movie. My dad challenged me to a game of tennis so I might end up doing that before getting dressed for dinner tonight. I also got a present for my boy. He's been wanting an XBOX 360 so I have the hotel's concierge locating one for me. :D

Other than that, I'm doing good. Also good choice of music. I have that song on my computer :hug:

I can't stay too long. We're in the process of making the house look bigger. We had to put the exercise equipment in the garage. :cry: People like the house, but it's "too small" ... all 2000+ square feet of it. Taking stuff out of the rooms should help.

On 1/4 acre lot ... just not enough room. We've been comfortable here for over 11 years. And our neighbor has 4 kids in the same model. They're all grown up now, some of them moved out and one of them got married and lives in the cabana (it's a courtyard-style with separate cabana room). So they have 6 adults living there now. The realtor says people want 10,000 sq. ft. for 2 people now.

Captain Crunch? Between the sugar in that and the caffeine in the coffee, you'll be scraping me off the ceiling. Maybe that's what's required for me to get the job done. :rofl:

One thing you put in all that space is cool air -- lots of it. $$$$ electric bills. I don't know what these people do for a living, but they all have more money than we'll ever have. We know one couple who has a HUGE house for just two of them. But they didn't bother to buy hurricane shutters. A window blew out and they had 2" of water inside. Over $100,000 worth of damage. But the buyers don't even care that we have shutters for every window and sustained only minor damage. It sure was a big deal last October! I just want this to be over with. It's way too stressful and depressing. (I'm not feeling very optimistic today ... sorry. :()

How's that new car doing? Will we see a picture soon?

Selling a house is a stressful undertaking I'm sure...I hate it that you're feeling down about the whole affair. x( Keep your chin up! Somebody will come along and fall in LOVE with your house...you just watch!

My car is absolutely fantastic! It's been gray and rainy up here the past few days, but tomorrow is going to be sunny and 80, so I'm going to go have it washed and waxed and THEN I'll get some good pictures of me with it! Stay tuned!
