My first meet up and my silent shame at missing others

What a doofus I was to stand outside other meet ups and not go in.

I am a doofus.

But now I am healed.

I was the same way. I was told at the first meetup that a certain person was going to come to my place and drag me to it. And I'm certainly glad they got me to go. :-)

4. I couldn't find the first DU meet-up I tried to attend.

It was in central park, a softball game. I walked around those diamonds for an hour thinking I must be either blind or an idiot.

So I helped organize the next one. I sure as hell found that one. :)
