NOT a good day- A ticket!
Ugh- I just got another ticket. Third one within the past year- am I "screwed" as far as getting my license suspended? In the past year I have done-

Improper U-Turn (last July)
Speedometer not working properly (this counted as an "equipment violation", so no points, last November)
56 in a 35 zone (Today)

A fine? Whatever, I accept, I'll pay it. I just worry about my license, am I risking a suspension for this? (I live in NY State, by the way)

1. 56 in a 35 is excessive. Where I am, you can go to traffic school to
erase a ticket, but just one time every 2 years or so.

2. Who knows, it might help you
I got a citation for not coming to a complete stop at a four-way last September (my first citation ever in 29 years of driving; I was so mad) and when I went to renew my insurance yesterday, it went down over $300.

I'm considering getting a speeding ticket on my way home.

3. If I might ask,
what was your reason to do 56 in a 35 zone?

4. I know...
What else can I say, stupidity. I was almost home, less than a mile from my house, just- not paying attention to the speedometer I guess.
