If you ran up 6 flights of steps... at a 5 minute interval between every
75 minutes of sitting, would you feel very shaky all over after the third trip?

(I also felt lightheaded after running up some steps this afternoon... cool stuff. Could be low blood pressure and I've had occassional, yet rate, cases of arrhythmia too... I get much applause for my blood pressure yet everybody overlooks the pulse, which is high... )

I can't wait for tomorrow! The doc will have the answers.. and the blood tests! Addison's, perhaps...

still, not self-diagnosing... just freaked out over whatever it is...

2. What if I added that after 10 minutes of just standing upright,
I'd feel just as shaky in the legs?

I know anxiety exacerbates the problem; I can barely stand up for 10 minutes in a public setting before the legs start to give out...

3. You could have low circulation in your legs
It's possible that it isn't high blood pressure. There may be something else that accounts for it.

4. I do have a low tolerance to cold and other problems that hark back to it.
Poor blood circulation... weak heart... I'vee always been a bit weak.

Still, if the dicky ticker is starting to tock, all I can say is "it's been fun." Which is ironic...

Back in August, driving with the air conditioner on, a friend noticed my arm closest to the vent was ice cold...
