5. Damn! I was freaking desperate last week for a slouch recipe and I ALMOST

made something that had Doritos in it.

It was one of those days...when I just couldn't give a hoot about what to feed my kids for dinner. Happens about 4 times a year.

Whew. So glad I didn't give in to the dark side. I went with sauteed chicken breasts and wild rice instead.
