Tomorrow is the first step into the rest of my life .

My life has been no crystal stair . I have had my ups and downs and although I climbed up after the downs , part of it has made me sick . Making me depressed , antsy , losing sleep , and losing lots of weight . I have made posts in the past days about need thoughts and prayers . I lost my boyfriend this past week ( but I think in him I have a better friend ) and another relative of mine is sick . I can't take it anymore , I will be in the doctor's tomorrow talking everything that I am going through because I can't lose sleep and weight anymore . Making the appointment was the first step - its a long time coming . I had been putting it off thinking I could make myself better . But as long as there is help and I can afford , I am going to take it . Dear DUers when you say your daily prayers and thoughts , say a thought for me please . I am going to be going away for a while to get myself better . When I return I hope to be a happier CarolinaPeridot :)

1. It's hard to seek help

but sometimes it's good to have someone who it totally nonbiased to talk to and just let go.

14. Been there, done that

It's very hard to make that call, meet that appointment, and tell the doc everything. But your life will get so much better after you do that you can't believe it.
