...one of these days I will put Nikki on so you guys can chat. You remind me of her. She'll be 16 in a couple of weeks and has been begging me to become a part of DU. I'm a tad overprotective.

***Side note, she was just invited to become part of this year's Youth Congress in D.C. Are you a sophmore? I can't remember. Anyway, I encourage any teen with a good grade point to look into it. It's how Bill Clinton started out. She just wants a chance to meet John Edwards. I told her no going off on Bush because we don't have the funds to fly down and visit her in Guantanamo. :7

7. 8th grade was my least favorite grade in school. Girls at that age

can be such little b*tches...It'll soon be over for you,and then High School...where the little things don't matter as much and time seems to fly by.
