I like my entry, Eiffel, but truth be known, Two Girls is the best pic for this contest. So many thoughts, so many emotions are evoked by this photo. It has my vote. .............

The dual perspective very intriguing. If I block the top half of the photo it looks as if I am standing on a horizontal tower. If I block the bottom half it looks as if I am looking up along a vertical tower.

Point Reyes it is and Emerald City. those two are National Geographic worthy.

Follow me through the sky is excellent, art gallery quality.

Memorial Day really tells a story of the living and dead.

Eiffel shows us a view of the tower seldom seen. Seeing differently is a virtue.

I don't have time to comment on all, I am being summons to clothes folding duty.

"Shot" speaks to me of growing up in boring, rural America, where there's nothing to do but target practice.

I think "Tack Shed" is also National Graphic quality. Something about the mountain!

"Forest Lightning" is a great study in dramatic natural shading. That front tree is stark and evocative!

53. This has been my favorite of all the contests. The light and Dark

is another favorite.

the lightning photo is so good. I'm a guy that likes the drama of contrast. I am glad the photographer didn't go with high contrast. It's perfect as is. The tack shed is very disquieting in a good way.

pictures of Gizmo that just happen to match up ok for the gif. I just took them into jasc animation program and put them together. (Part of my old old paint shop pro 5)

I actually have to learn how to use my Photoshop. It may be that it can do this kind of thing, but I'm so lazy about learning how to use it, I'd never know.

94. To learn photo shop search

for free web tutorials, lots out there. I also swear by Photo Shop for dummies, they cut out the boring stuff. I have a very old paint shop (5 newest is 10) that has Animation shop with it. Photo shop doesn't have one, Adobe has an over priced animation program but I don't know which it is. Search for a free animation program, there is probably one out there. I rarely use paint shop anymore and even rarer that I use the animation thing.

I saw Kaye today and she will be showing your power point in two weeks. She is going to assign her students a project of combining photos with words and said your writing and photos are perfect to show them what she means plus she loved both the photos and writing.I ask her to email me their reactions. Pretty powerful power point you have there.

I'm working on another one. It's really finished, not sure what I'm waiting for to post it. Maybe I'll post it later tonight. :shrug: It's taking a lot out of me to write it, and I don't think the narrative is as good as the last, so it's probalby performance anxiety that it won't be as good as the last one. *weak lol*
