Chicken and Waffles. Anyone had this? It sounds strange.. in a WONDERFUL |
|
way.. Delicious, and disgusting, all at the same time.
What's it all about? Fried chicken? What?

1. It's best at about 4:30 am, in a clean, well lighted place |
|
after you've been out playing music, or dancing or partying without the goal of sex.....
I like it with Sweet Tea and Mashed Potatoes
It's breakfast and dinner at once.....
Fried Chicken Grease, Butter and Maple Syrup in the crunchy medium of a waffle is unsurpassed....

6. It's pretty darn good. But folks overdo it. All you really need is one |
|
piece of chicken and a waffle. They have classic sides, too.

When you're drunk or on the tail end of an all-nighter you are often craving sweet and salty together with grease and this is the perfect combo. You can shred the chicken on the waffle, eat the skin on the waffle and the chicken separate, or do what I do and just tear into both, dipping the chicken in the syrup. Mmm... now I'm hungry!

12. That really does sound like some great drunk food |
|
However I don't think they make it here in the North East so I guess I'll just settle for what I like to call "old faithful", pork roll and cheese on a kaiser with a side of cheese fries. My all time favorite drunk/hungover meal
