DU Men--Do you get manicures/pedicures on a regular basis?
If so, why?

If not, why?

1. No
I bite my fingernails too much. It would be a waste of money.
My feet--I don't really care too much what they look like so that's why I never get a pedicure.

2. No.
It's a cost/benefit issue for me.

Plus a couple of table saw mishaps have ended any hopes for hand modeling.

4. Well I guess there is your answer. I don't even get manicures that
often because I keep my nails real short. I get pedicures every few months.

It seems like men in the business world who want to make a good impression get manicures but I don't think they really need them.

7. I had one manicure my whole life
And that was because the woman that cut my hair at the time wanted to set me up with a very attractive woman who ran a nail salon. So, I made an appointment with "Lynn", but it turned out I had the wrong Lynn - which I guess is a common English name for Vietnamese women.

Anyhow, that was it. No desire to get another one.

Or a pedicure.

8. Never even entered my mind
So much easier and quicker doing my own; no hassle making appointments, last minute changes, worrying about hygiene. I guess I just don't get it, although there sure are a lot of nail places making a go of it.

I imagine it's a tough and stressful job dealing with all customer types and bosses.
