Good Thursday Morning, Everybody!
:donut::hi:
Welcome to the Early Morning Crew for this Thursday the 23rd! :bounce: I hope you slept well! I certainly did, and did NOT want to get out of that bed today. But, I'm here and it is time to get this day started!

I have been telling everyone that I was going to be taking some pictures of myself with my new car, but hadn't had a chance because of all the damned rain we've been getting. Well...yesterday, it DIDN'T rain and so...here they are! :woohoo:

I love my new car, Folks! :bounce:

2. Very nice car Clintmax!!!
But you are much better looking!

Have a wonderful day and stay out of the mud!!!

I'll be in Dearborn Heights today doing an appraisal. Dearborn Heights is known for having the highest Arab population outside of the Middle East...that said, I cannot wait for lunchtime!!!

My mom works at a branch of the bank out there; I'm going to be a "good daughter" and take her out to lunch. :hi:

I wouldn't say "gorgeous", but I thank YOU for saying so! I was all of 19 years old in that picture. I was a country/western competition dancer, rodeo worker and everything at that time! It was a fun time in my life.

52. Yes you are...inside and out.
I bet you had a lot of fun. It's sounds like fun. One of my favorite books is "Moving On" by Larry McMurtry. It's about following the rodeo circuit. For the longest time I wanted to do that. Midwestern sensibilities...in the shape of my daughter...stepped in. :hi:

3. Good morning Clint.
:hi:

It's snowing here :bounce: unfortunately it isn't really settling, so no chance of a snowman.

Love the pictures - a gorgeous man with his car.

Bach's Brandenburg concerti here - but I think we're drawing to a close, so I'll have to choose something new.

Snow. YUCK! I'm glad we're not getting snow here. I had my fill of snow in Missouri. I'm glad you like the pictures, but, they are awful ones of ME. I need to take more and hopefully they will turn out better.

How about some country music fro the good old USA?

12. More pictures are always welcome.
The more the better (the more questionable the better too  ).

I love the snow - it's just a pity that it isn't settling. I don't think that I'd like Missouriesque snow, but here in South East England an occasional inch or two is jolly good fun.

Shucks, you're just too late with your suggestion I've already started on something French (freedom music?), Durufle's Requiem......actually I don't have any American music on my M.P.3, when I've finished on my C.D. collection there will be some of Duke Ellington's jazz, but I've yet to find an American classical composer that I like.

32. It's somewhat of an oddity.
I can probably name composers from every European country. But I suppose that America has only really been around for 200 years, given some time I'm sure that you'll find one or two - remember that it took England a whole 200 years between Purcell and Elgar to produce a top-notch composer; Scotland, 400 years between Robert Carver and James Macmillan.

Did you have a good day-off yesterday?

This one was taken when I was a cowboy:

Yes, that's Tony. He's getting so big I just can't believe it! Three weeks ago we took him to the vet for a round of shots and he weighed 12 1/2 pounds. Last week, we took him again and he weighed 25 1/2 pounds! Can you believe THAT! Doubled his weight in three weeks! Jeeze!

So you didn't want to get up this morning? Funny . . . It was girls night out last night, but I was good as usual, and very surprising quite perky this morning. Maybe I just needed an evening of laughs.

60. I'm glad I'm up, too.
Busy day ahead. I have an appointment at noon, then the moving company guy will be here when I get home, and someone's coming to see the house after that. I think harleydad should take me out for sushi tonight! :9

Tony weighs 25 1/2 pounds? He is growing! That's what happens when you feed them. :D My kitties can be so naughty. But they're all sitting around washing their faces now. :loveya:

Yesterday was fun. I decided to take things off the walls in the cabana. Not EVERYTHING, but we had a lot of stuff up, including a big shelf with teddy bears on it. It's part of my "make the house look bigger" campaign. So I rushed through it in the morning, afraid someone would want to come over before I patched the walls or while the touch-up paint was still wet. Whew! Got through that. And I hadn't done the kitty box/swiffer thing or eaten breakfast, so I did that. Then, at 12:30, I decided to clean out the hall closet. Everything was on the floor and the phone rang at 12:40. Someone was coming between 1:15 and 2:00. Yikes! So I madly stuffed everything back, took care of the dishes, turned on all the lights, collected pet blankets and tossed them into the laundry ... looked at the clock, it's only 12:55. Plenty of time left. Then the doorbell rang! I was ready, but frazzled. The lady loved the house. She was looking at others, though, so we haven't heard back. But at least she didn't say it was too small! :) Oh, and I noticed when I came back inside that I hadn't had a chance to brush the Aby fur off the recliner. Oh, well. The lady has 2 dogs, so I'm sure she understood.

63. Well good gods!
What a DAY! You got my heart pumping just reading about that! I'm glad you got through it, though! Hopefully today won't be quite THAT crazy and you can take it easier today. Yes, I'm sure she understood.

I have to go get ready for work now. x( I have to be there in an hour. I'm glad I got to see you today, my dear!
