Is spaghetti sauce bad? I want to make spaghetti tonight without the pasta. Is spaghetti sauce with meat bad?

3. You can take vegetables and put pesto sauce over them, though

scratch.

Actually - I not atkins - I like to be sweet. Need carbos to do that.
