My baby turned 17 today.

He is an extraordinary kid. He is a big burly football player, can bench press 20 pounds higher than his weight and has set three weight lifting records at his school. But he still loves his Mama and every chance he gets he puts me in a neck hold, wrestles me to a chair and then tries to sit in my lap and cuddle.

He gets good grades, doesn't get into trouble, makes friends with everyone he meets including new kids at the school who might not fit in if it wasn't for his efforts.

Can I hear a "Happy Birthday Tom" from DU?!?!

And yes, he is a DEMOCRAT!
