I feel bloated now. So I remember those days when I actually was in great condition and was a health nut. Consumerism is an evil thing. Fast food. Food commercials. I crave convenient satiety. It's too easy. Too simple. Our society has allowed us to become too soft. I like it in some ways, but I recognize that comfort has some major downsides. Then again, maybe I'm just overthinking and rationalizing my own gluttony. :)
