| 37 MINUTES!!! My best time for a 5K ever! |

Yes, I know that's a slow time for a 5K, but its my best! A little over 12 minutes/mile. I flew from Dallas last night to run the Conoco Phillips Rodeo Run 5K in Houston with my dad. One of the sponsors was Halliburton :puke: But, it was my (66 year-old) dad's first 5K and he came in at 44 minutes!! It was a really great accomplishment for both of us today!! :bounce: :D :party:
