Who on DU has read "Ultimate Sacrifice" by Thom Hartmann
I had to return it to the library before I could finish it (0ver 900 pages). Do you think the authors made their case? The clift notes version is: John and Robert Kennedy were planning a coup in Cuba scheduled for December 1, 1963. It was to be an internal coup, with American military back-up within 48 hours if it went wrong. The Mafia wanted (and expected) to be major players so that they could regain their loses from the Castro revolution. When they were shut out-they killed JFK. Ruby hit on Oswald was pure Mob.

2. Aren't there pictures of Bill Clinton
on the Grassy Knoll? I heard he was on the school absentee list that day.
