Question About Damaged Paper Money? |
|
will a bank accept half of a bill for deposit? I was really just curious if the bill was worthless to me. I don't know how I ended up with it. It is a fifty, though and I hate to eat fifty dollars.

My dog ate a hundred dollar bill a few weeks ago. I was able to salvage bit and pieces and the woman at the bank pieced together enough to read the serial #, she then could replace it.
