I planked salmon tonight. And I'll do it again. |

It's my favorite way to cook fish...basically you bake the sucker with some kind of lovely rub (I went with ground tarragon, garlic, and kosher salt, drizzled with a little honey) on top of a soaked plank of wood for a half hour at 350 degrees.
Right now? It's all about alder. :) I took this piece out of a friend's garage. It makes the fish have this lovely woody juicy yum yum thing! :bounce:
