1. Happens to me all the time......
I dont need any sort of mood.I just dont sleep.Makes me very grumpy sometimes.

4. Might I suggest GABA supplement

GABA is an amino acid but I have found taking 750mg before bedtime helps quiet those voices that sometimes keeps me awak at night. I take that and 3mg of Melatonin everynight before I go to bed. It's a pleasant change from Tylenol PM or Ambien.
