15. I have a hat made from Yak.
I don't know what my house mate was thinking when she bought it for me but it sure is warm. Unfortunately it's also a bit strange looking.

IIRC Billy-bob's Used Yak Emporium is in La Grange, TX
As far as the kilts go, ask some drag queens where they get their dresses made, they should point you in the right direction.
