Has anyone else been depressed for the last week?

I was trying to figure out what it was. Maybe our wierd weather. Maybe all of the horrible news. I just can't seem to get a handle on things.

So what to do? I have been reading a lot. That seems to help.

It was almost 80 here today. In February. That is good for the gas bills but not for the trees and flowers. My crocus are already blooming.

I just keep thinking I need to get a life. Do something for other people or the animals. But I just don't seem to have much energy.

I think for the past week, there's been more anger mixed in with my depression than usual.

2. This has been the longest 5 years in history.

Is this insanity every going to stop?

Just one quiet day would be nice.

But I think my problem is hormonal. The weather is lovely but I just passed up an opportunity to go for a walk as all I want to do is drink my milk and kalua and surf.

4. You should have gone golfing

I paying thousands of dollars to do just that. I have to travel to Arizona to do so.
