We worked together in Barbara Boxer's office about 5 yrs ago. Both as liberal as necessary to work in BB's office, we ended up at separate law schools where he decided to drop out and use his paramedic training and enlisted in the National Guard where he spent most of last year in Iraq. He's since returned home and started back up at law school. Truly one of the finest, most sincere people I've ever met.
