something funky's going on I can't get to my Roadrunner homepage
It gives me a Forbidden "You don't have permission to access /html/index.cfm on this server." message.

WTF?

1. Here's the story
The 'problem' is that you're trying to manage your account from a non-Road Runner IP address.

I assume you're not at home... it won't let you manage your account and login unless you're doing it from your own machine. It's a security feature.

4. I googled roadrunner
and got in via that link. They must be having problems.

5. My son said it partially loaded on his computer..
so maybe it won't be long before it's fixed.

6. Time Warner is aware of the problem
I speak to 'em a dozen times a day and their modem specialist got an email about it ... of course, he hadn't read it until I mentioned the issue.
