sometimes hang around..especially if they are not happy ones.. if you ever get to see an old one..look at the bottom of board.. the address where they were made was 666 Valencia blvd, LA, CA.

5. It's French-Dutch
'Oui' is french and 'Ja' is dutch for 'yes'. So the original pronunciation would be 'wee-iah', without the 'dz' sound most people use for the j.

15. You cannot communicate with the dead using Ouija
Some people believe this toy to be an instrument for communicating with spirits or ghosts or whatever. You cannot. The movement of the Ouija board pointer is due to the ideomotor effect, which is the involuntary movement of the hands. To prove that a Ouija board does not work, try it with a blindfold on, and have someone there to write down the responses. You'll end up with gibberish. For it to "work" you have to actually be able to look at the letters and numbers. When you cannot look at the letters and numbers, nothing happens.

16. Not so!
It has been Scientifically Proven the the soul of the dead person enters the Ouijifier's body and is able to use their nervous system.

Really, it has.

I was told by the aliens who communicate with me through my shower-massage.
