I stayed up on my rollers for 45 seconds....Ask me something!
Latest insanity, as if the wind trainer wasn't enough to satisfy my "going nowhere in a hurry" feeling...I bought a set of rollers.
They're not the easiest things in the world to become adept with. I finally got going for 45 seconds last night before I rode off the side, fell over, almost collapsed the kitchen table, AND broke 5 out of 8 clay pots that I was going to pot up some xmas presents in....

1. Um....whats a roller?
Like hair rollers? Or rollerskates? Rollerbunnies? 'Rollers' as in cops?

4. Like a hamster wheel for a bicyclist...
Rollers:

The idea is that you have to keep from riding off the edge. Nothing to "catch" you..

Windtrainer:

Clamps to the rear of the bike and uses noisy fans to make resistance.

Neither are as fun as actually riding outside...
