Holy crap. Got one of those big fitness balls and now I can't stop
rolling around my apartment on it. It's one of those big medicine balls that's supposed to be good for abs or whatever(i bought it cuz it makes weights more challenging) but now I can't stop rolling around my apartment on the thing. i haven't done anything today because i've just been rolling to and fro on it. and it makes for a nice pillow.




any of you have this problem?

1. My mother uses hers
as a computer chair. Says it makes her feel less sedentary.

2. My wife bought one years ago
to help her back. Now my kids play with it outside. They love it. Currently it is on our trampoline.
