If you haven't read it, I recommend the book "The Art of Loving" by Erich Fromm....

He discusses the various types of love. It is a most illuminating work!

I'm on a "business" trip ( though it's harder and harder to call it "business" when there is so little income involved) . . .

But it has provided some relative perspective in some ways. Taking inventory. Love is one of the areas that needs some serious work. And play.

One more class at university and am staying with sister.

She goes down every weekend to stay with her boyfriend, I feel like I'm left out.

I have my parents (who spoil me) and my fiance (who talks to me every day about how to decorate our future home together). But I really wish my sis would spend one of her free days with me.
