"difficult dinners" - Do you know one?
I hate those Swanson TV Dinner things. Packed in cheap aluminum and packed with enough salt to dissolve a lake's worth of snails. And no matter what they call the flavor, it tastes like chicken... chicken left out in the basking sun all week long.

Then comes cow. Have you ever eaten tripe? It's a cow's stomach. And any typical cow has plenety to spare. Not that he's willing to give any of them up, but at that point he ain't going to care... Chefs claim it tastes like chicken too. Which is fair if you consider the herbs and spices they drown the stomach shreds in so it can taste like some form of grassbag...

And nothing, and I mean nothing, compares to roadkill. No sir-eee-bob! Squirrel souffle. The worst part is trying to get it fresh. Especially during a busy day on the highway...

What difficult dinners do you know of? :7
