I have never seen a nasty one. My wife works in a vet clinic, and they have several standard poodle clients. Condemning an entire breed, whatever it is, based on a bad experience with one specimen is patently fallacious reasoning. I got nailed in the face by a German Sheperd when I was a kid. I've known many wonderful GSD's also. I don't broadbrush any breed...nor do any of the canine professionals I know. Do beware of my Pit Bulls, though, they might lick your face off, or snuggle up to you and fart.
