What album or band should I add to my iPod?? |
|
I still have space for 9,500 songs on my iPod--my current songs are mainstream; mostly rock stuff, and I really want to start exploring new music. Any suggestions?

I recommend that you go to your public library and browse their CD collection. It's a free and convenient way of hearing new things

You can go to their website to download a few of their songs and test them out. Really good stuff.
Plus you have plenty of room for your entire Led Zeppelin collecion :D

All 9 Beethoven symphonies? Maybe those of Shostakovich? Mahler?
The original cast album of Sweeney Todd, The Demon Barber of Fleet Street, or Assassins, or any other Sondheim musical?
The collected works of Joni Mitchell?
How about a bunch of stuff by The Chieftains?
Ever heard of Stan Rogers? "Northwest Passage" is very stirring.
I mean, since you're exploring different music and all...
