Any one else on the Atkins Diet?
Any one have good "snack" ideas? I get bored with the snack options because you can't just go grab "whatever" if you're a little hungry.

1. a few
pepperoni slices
Nuts
Quaker q-smart bars
celery with a little cream cheese
whole grain tortilla with melted cheese and salsa or tobasco
cottage cheese
hard boiled egg
deviled egg
sliced cumcumbers (with or without dressing/dip)

2. Good suggestions.
I have done the pepperoni slices but that was the only one I had tried. Was getting tired of eaating those :)

6. If you like pepperoni,
try out some turkey pepperoni, it has a lot less fat.

7. Actually, I do eat that. I eat a lot of turkey--including turkey bacon.

3. Pork rinds, if you like them. Lots of crunch and no carbs.
Any kind of nuts are good. I especially liked the shelled sunflower seeds. You can also do a roll up of lunch meat and a slice of cheese. This is really pretty filling.

And use a carb balance tortilla for the wrapping part
