I put too much curry in my curry. Is there anything I can do to fix it? |
|
I love curry, and would hate to have to pitch it. Any ideas?

5. It's almost too grainy... |
|
and it was this way so I added some water and simmered for a bit..then it was too bland. Then I added more curry (fatal mistake) and a bit more ginger.
Maybe I should simmer it again?
I'll try the baking soda trick.

Use the juice if you need to. If you use paste, thin it out; maybe with apple juice.
