I've always said I'd marry the woman who'd crawl underneath a car and get greasy with me... especially if she knew what wrench to ask for.

My cousin's first wife was written up in the paper back in the days when there were still "women's pages." She worked on her own cars and sewed some of her own clothes. I think they met when he was into parking-lot rallies. They both had MG Midgets, and she once rebuilt the transmission in hers.
