Interesting drink recipes thread
I try to stay away from cocktails these days, but enjoyed the company of a friend yesterday who told me she was hung over from drinking "Car Bombs." She briefly described the drink and the procedure and said you were supposed to chug the pint of sludge before the Bailey's had a chance to curdle (?).

So I looked it up. And posted here.

Irish Car Bomb

Bailey's Irish Cream (Bailey's) 1/2 oz.
Guinness Stout 1/2 pint (Guinness Stout)
Whiskey, Irish (Jameson) 1/2 oz.

Glass to Use: Beer Mug

Mixing Instructions

First pour chilled 1/2 pint of Guinness into beer mug, let it settle, then take a shot filled with 1/2 oz. of Irish whiskey on the bottom, topped with a 1/2 oz. of Irish cream on top. Finally drop shot in mug, and chug.
