All joking aside, I know someone who has struggled with the illness that Carpenter had and it is a hellish disease. She's gorgeous in that picture and she had the voice of an angel.

I was of course inspired by the "10" thread and it occurred to me that she'd probably never qualify as a "10" in looks, but her voice was beyond remarkable.
