Someone else will know better than I, but I think he was going to be away for more than a week, maybe 10-14 days. I agree, there is a hole in DU while he is gone.

8. You can lay the blame on Air Berlin

I was supposed to fly back to the UK yesterday evening, but the plane broke down so they cancelled our flight. They made us wait in the departure lounge until 2AM before bussing us to Münster in order to catch a plane there at 6AM. So the only sleep I got last night was a couple of hours dozing on the bus! x(

9. Good grief! When do you have to return to work?

I had a similar situation last week: teleconference at 3:30 a.m. It was a very cool experience, but I really felt my 43 years the next morning when I was tanked up on coffee and attempting to mix colors. :silly:

10. Tomorrow

I was supposed to go back this afternoon, but that would have meant driving 100 miles from my Uncle's house (where I stayed, he is close to the airport) this morning without having slept at night. That alone is reason enough not to go. I could kill someone (or myself).

Work still expect me to make the hours up though.
