2. I had Sashimi with Miso Soup

Today's Sashimi Lunch special was with Striped Bass & Salmon

8. The local Chinese-Japanese restaurant near where I work

I would usually get Sushi Rolls but I really am trying to get away from white rice. So with the Sashimi, I just got the fish plus a side of brown rice. BTW, you cannot eat brownrice with chopsticks. It's not as sticky as white rice

9. I love striped bass but usually the other fish they have is Tuna

but they were out of tuna today because of the busy weekend. Normally you can't substitue on the lunch special but she let me since I'm a good customer there - so I was able to get the Salmon instead

I could go either way.
