15. MMPI -- Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory.

The one where they ask you if you loved your mother (Do they want to know if you used to love her but don't any more? Or that you did and still do?) or if you have black, tarry stools (Do they want to know whether you have ulcers, or just if you look at your poop?). If you aren't crazy before you take the MMPI, you will be when you're done.
