Just sitting at the computer when BAM! my calf is on fire and hard as a rock.
I had to walk and massage for about 10 minutes to get rid of it. Holy shit that hurt. :mad:

and if I pull my toes back, it ususally stops. I got them in my calves alot when I was pregnant, though. They suck!

I get them quite frequently, either in my calf or the side of my foot and they are excruciatingly painful!!
