Paul McCarthy may yet have his revenge on Michael Jackson
I remember how pissed Paul was when MJ bought the catalog:

Michael Jackson bailout reportedly close
Plans call for singer to give up part of Beatles catalog

Michael Jackson, the onetime pop music king who has suffered a lengthy slide, is close to a deal that would keep him from bankruptcy by refinancing hundreds of millions of dollars in loans, people briefed on his plans said.

As part of the transaction, he will also agree, at some point in the future, to give up a part of his most prized asset — a $1 billion song catalog that includes Beatles' hits — to Sony Corp., people briefed on his plans said.
