13. The Parlan track was definitely in that groove.

I might have guessed Crusaders at first. Because of the tonality. But the instruments were a little different, and the Crusaders always are in overdrive. They push the beat much more.

A few weeks ago I brought up the Three Trumpets, Byrd, Art Farmer, and Idrees. Bet the station doesn't have that either.:P

"Christo Redentor" is timely. Have you got Lalo Schiffrin's "Jazz Suite on the Mass Texts" with Paul Horn? Some great stuff there.
