In finding ways to market progressive ideas, many ideas are suggested and ultimately rejected. What is your favorite rejected campaign slogan for 2006?

Hmmmmm, not so folksy, that one.

He is creepy. But I think showing a picture of Abramoff would be funny, with the following caption, "We don't know Jack, Abramoff that is."

Also I kind of like Stephanie Miller's suggestion. "Democrats: We don't steal "bleep" from Target."

when Dubya beat Ann Richards for governor of Texas, there was a joke in the Richards campaign, that campaign workers had to prove themselves by driving all the way across the state in a car with a bumper sticker that read, "I'm the queer Ann sent here to take yur guns away!"

That's as good a slogan as any of these. Or "Together, we can do better."
