1. The best part about Larry is that he knew it was "only acting".

There's a story that during Marathon Man, Dustin "No one is more method than me" Hoffman was getting himself all worked up as method actors will do... and Laurence, the great Olivier himself said, geez, it's only acting.

I find his work to be hamhanded at times, but overall I'll take him. :)
