I am so TIIIIRRREEEDDD!!! |
|
I went to bed at midnight and woke up at 7, which is about 7 hours, but I am still exhausted. I think I would have been better off getting no sleep at all. At least then, adreneline kicks in and I am in sort of a no sleep high. I was so tired I went to go get coffee, which is very rare because it is a migrane trigger for me.
Maybe it'll be better after lunch:hangover:

1. Yesterday we had 95 degrees |
|
and our AC was off. I had two 2.5 hour classes and we were doing really hard skills. I was so hot I was sick to my stomache. I had to go to the grocery store after work and it is one of those huge mega stores. I thought I was going to be taken out of there by ambulance. When I got home, I went to bed at 7:30. I didn't fall right to sleep, but just kind of luxuriated there until 9 and then was out. Today is much, much better.
So I sympathize. One thing that helps me with daytime fatigue is to eat a powerbar for lunch instead of a hot meal or sandwich. It is lighter, but fills me up.
Hope you feel better. Get to bed early tonight!
