We found a house to rent in Tennessee!

Things sure are moving quickly now! Harleydad scooped up a very pretty 3-bedroom house today. It has a garage and a basement, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, on an acre of land. I don't think it'll be too painful to live there for almost a year. The rent is VERY reasonable ... a little more than 1/3 of our current mortgage! He was really lucky to find something that would allow four cats. As a matter of fact, it was the first one he looked at and the ONLY one that would allow pets.

The home inspectors and appraiser are coming here tomorrow. Hopefully, they won't find anything wrong and it'll appraise just fine. :D
I have the feeling we're going to be moving in June. :bounce:

Many of you have sent vibes, good thoughts, and prayers over the past few months. They sure do seem to have worked! Thank you all so much! But please don't stop ... there are still hurdles to get over.
